INTERIM.
I step in during transition phases and take responsibility where it’s needed most: as an interim lead for People, Recruiting or Operations topics. Clear, present and structured – ensuring decisions are made, projects move forward and teams stay on track.
Typical topics: Interim Recruiting Lead, rapid staffing during growth, bridging People/Recruiting bottlenecks, structuring hiring processes, filling critical roles in-house, and NL–DE stakeholder alignment.

PROJECT.
I lead projects related to market entry, team build-up, internal changes or process improvements. Hands-on, pragmatic and closely aligned with German, Dutch and international stakeholders.
Typical topics: Market entry, team set-up, process definition, hiring workflows, role clarity, internal transitions, growth projects and NL–DE alignment.

HIRING.
For selected key positions, I support confidential and targeted hiring – fast, well-profiled and with a strong sense for culture and team fit. Not a classical search mandate, but a lean, integrated approach that reduces complexity.

About Me
I like pace, structure and honest communication. And I know how different expectations and working styles can be in a cross-border environment. That’s exactly where I come in: quickly understanding situations, connecting people and creating the clarity teams need to work well together.
Throughout my career, I’ve experienced HR and Recruiting from many perspectives: in small and large organisations, in in-house roles, on the external side and as an entrepreneur who co-built BRIDGING NEIGHBOURS. This combination of experience — close to the day-to-day yet with a strategic view — helps me structure complex topics and guide teams through change with confidence.
Privately, I’m just as active as I am professionally. I live with my family and our dog between Düsseldorf and Cologne, enjoy being on the move, travelling with our camper van and spending time outdoors with a healthy dose of family chaos. And a part of my heart will always belong to the Netherlands, where I lived for many years — the charming towns, the love for design, the long North Sea beaches and that special “komt wel goed” ease.
